so this senior and i have been talking a lot lately but he really likes me and im not sure what to say back because iim scared about what my parents may say if we ever did start dating...
Im a freshman, and a senior likes me... Is that okay?
My brother is a sophomore and he dated a senior for a bit. Her birthday is late so technically their age is the same age difference as mine and my brothers. But- if you're scared I would suggest not dating him. He may really like you and all but put yourself first. Say you dated him and you were scared of people finding out/judging. Then what would you do if the judged? These are all things you have to take into consideration.

I'd be more fearful of WHY he wants to date you. I'm sure you're a catch but generally older guys dating younger girls have issues.. there's a reason he doesn't date girls his age.

Do what you think is best for you. If you're not comfortable, don't do it. If you are, do it. There's not much more to say about that.
It's a little much, maybe a senior and sophomore but not a senior and freshman too big of a gap when you're older and you've reached maturity then that's different but until that point has come it's too much of a difference in age between the two of them for it to be appropriate for them to date

Maybe one grade apart is ok but at your age this could easily get him on the sex offenders list. It happens all the time because of this situation right here. You're better looking at guys your own age

Are you in HS or college? My assumption is HS and no it's not ok. HS is the only time in your Life when staying within 1 year of your age is ok. After HS, you can do as you please but you need someone on the same playing field as you to grow and learn from.

I think you should avoid him. Normal seniors don't really go after freshman girls. Pretty much only guys, who can't get a girl their age or just want sex, try to date freshman because they're usually naive and easier to take advantage of
