It's only been 2 weeks and I feel like I've known him forever. Is this a good sign?

We started talking halfway through March online and our first date was a week after. We've been on 3 dates and being together feels effortless so far... no awkward moments. I feel like he's already one of my friends and it's only been two weeks, but it feels longer! We're both happy to go slow and he's kissed me a few times when saying goodbye (not full on snogs) We've both said we feel comfortable around each other.

Thing is, I'm surprised how well it's gone. Obviously, I haven't seen every side to him (and vice versa) but we just get on so well on a friendship level. My only concern is, I don't want this to burn out, even though we're moving slow. I'm worried we may run out of things to talk about as we text each other long messages twice a day, usually filled with jokes, but if we are as good as I hope, then this shouldn't be a problem. I believe forming a friendship with a guy is just as important as dating them.
