it sounds to me as though your more afraid of what the brother may do than the guy that kissed you. maybe this guy may have tried to steal your first kiss but this doesn't put him in the class of a criminal. as someone else tried to indicate here . you do indicate at one point you did start kissing back. so are you afraid ?(because your moving soon?) of developing a connection then just to lose it after moving. this sounds more likely as to why your not wanting to be alone with the guy in MHO, also this posts over a year old update this
believe me it is one of the most sincerest forms of loving someone. a mother or father goes in to see their baby child sleeping in bed they go a give the child a kiss on the forhead while sleeping . does the child know he's been kissed. but the parents truly loves their child right.

I would say, perhaps this is comforting for him. You might not be awake, but you're still there. And I'm sure his feelings do not change for you while you're sleeping. Maybe he just can't wait long enough for you to wake up. Which is incredibly sweet.
he's expressing his loves towards you that's how I can say. he probably just look at you and feel this huge feelings of love inside him thus he want to express it. nothing more. I do that too some times :)
He's probably just doing it to express his affection toward you. Sorta like how a parent might kiss their sleeping child on the forehead or something.
