Happens to everyone man. I've found it best, and with the best results, to just start a new conversation topic and not even acknowledge the fact she did just stop. Usually they'll text you right back, so after 20 or 30 mins, just text something new, change the discussion, and forget the mishap.
She probably ran out of credit, lost her phone, or suddenly had something to do, etc. Don't panic, you'll probably get an explanation soon enough. If not, make your next message about something fairly important or practical so it doesn't just seem like you're worried about her not replying.
what was the last thing you texted her? sometimes as a girl we won't text back if it's something like "haha" we expect more because what are we going to say to something like that? I'd wait a few hours, don't focus on it, because that'll only bug you more!
Maybe she was busy...
Leave it a day or so otherwise you seem clingy.

Maybe she just got bored cos what you had for breakfast can't be that interesting...
