Alot of times I'm so nervous about a date that I will actually kind of feel nauseous and also won't really have an appetite so going on a date where food is involved is just a bad idea. I know it's normal to be a little nervous, but what are some ways to make myself more comfortable? I'm not really the most talkative person so the thought of running out of things to say and just having complete silence is probably what makes me the most nervous.
maybe you should take her on a date date that does not invovled food. you need 2 talk about things that ya'll have in common or things that she likes
