i see little things all over saying stuff like sending a girl a good morning text/message would make her day.. but i was wondering if guys like them too?

Yes. It lets us know we're one of the first things you think about and makes us feel a little more secure in the relationship. We might not flat out admit it, but we appreciate that kind of thing as long as it's heartfelt. We may or may not treat our lady extra special that day. Secret way of showing thanks.
