My guess would be that you were in front of an A/C vent. Cold air can cause goosebumps. I won't however rule out ghosts. Have you ever had his truck checked out by a medium, or at least run an EMF through it? Ghost possession can lead to series issues.
I think it's normal because you guys are just starting out unless both of you are consistent with your feelings for each other. Usually, the sparks that partners experience would last for a few months to some, but I don't know about you guys. Anyway, good luck to both of you~
