My great grandpa was self-taught artist, I've been drawing things since childhood and once I made a drawing of Ayrton Senna, my favourite Formula 1 racer, It came out really good drawing and another time when me and that one guy parted each other, I saw his picture and I don't remember how but I made really accurate and beautiful sketch of him, I didn't even know If I could do it. That's it. I can draw good, on a lucky days but I am just average at it. I could do better If I worked on it.

Yes. The more experienced or professional you're at drawing the more better the drawing will be. Also depends on which level of artist you are.
