I kissed my stepsister. Help? Advice?

Ok so first off we’re not related at all. She doesn’t even seem like my stepsister. She only moved a couple of months ago when my dad remarried.

Well anyway she is pretty damn hot. I’ve blown quite a few loads thinking about her. But I have grown to care for her too. Well anyway a couple of nights ago my dad and her mom were on a date night. We had the house to ourselves. My ‘sister’ and I cracked open a couple of beers and watched some TV together. We got a little drunk and cuddled up together on the sofa, which surprisingly didn’t feel weird. Some hot woman was on whatever show we were watching. My ‘sister’ said something like, “I bet she doesn’t have any trouble with the guys”. I stupidly said, “I bet you don’t either. You’re beautiful”. Her eyes glistened and she said, “You’re so sweet”. We stared at each other for what seemed like ages. I then leaned forward and kissed her. Our hands went everywhere. I started taking her top off. She then said, “I can’t do this” and ran up to her room. We didn’t speak that night.

Since then, we’ve had just one petty argument after enough about silly, unrelated crap. She’s even flirting with guys in front of me, probably just to piss me off. Our parents have noticed, asking if anything’s wrong between us. Of course we haven’t told them though.

What should I do? I want to convince her there’s nothing wrong with what happened, because there really isn’t. We’re not siblings biologically or even emotionally.

but legally you are and it may not be wrong for biological reasons but legally its still wrong. and she may not want to have the distrust of your parents with you two being alone. or in the same house at night.

plus: what if your parents had a kid? how would you explain to them that their brother and sister are in a romantic relationship

If she is flirting with guys in front of you then she is likely trying to get the message to you that she isn't interested. She is trying to burn her bridges so that nothing ever will happen. Your only shot would be to knock her off her pedestal and date other girls. Which wouldn't be a bad idea even if it doesn't make her jealous.
