My sister has been acting weird, what does this mean?

Alright so, she has been very moody lately. One minute she would be screaming, the next crying, then she would be happy. She often tells everybody she hates them, blah blah blah. This has been going on for a year now. She doesn't eat decently, and when I am doing the dishes, I often find half the bowl of food still sitting there, and I have to throw it out. Last night, she wouldn't sleep, and woke me up at 3AM just to ask for the remote. She normally spends all day on the computer... etc. What does this mean? She is 10 years old.

Well, sounds like a possible Bipolar, Anger , Depression disorder
just hope that she is safe while on the Internet cause she is kind of
young to be on the computer all day. No offense she's acting like
she is lot older than her age too this could mean trouble and
thank god she has you to reach out to try to get some help for her
I was wondering hows your parents/ guardians feel about this
do they say anything to her also does your sister get angry with you
than maybe you need to talk to some other adult if your parents/
guardians aren't there or willing to do something about her?

Well this has started ever since my aunt said something derogatory to my mom... and my sister slowly fell for my aunt, then my aunt left, and my sister has been derogatory to my mom and dad ever since. When my parents aren't there to help/punish her for misbehaving, she will try to manipulate me into getting her something she wants. She watches a lot of youtube... plays minecraft, etc. I was once that bad, and I was fixed instantly. My mom took me to the police station, and i talked for an hour with an officer, and that straightened my attitude. I think she just needs some major discipline. She says ruthless things... etc.

Yes i agree with you by all means that sounds about right
not everyone on the Internet is safe and them sites got watch
i think she could be rebellious of what went on between
your mom and your aunt , these things happen unfortunately
but if you think talking with the police will help straighten her
out by no means don't be hesitant to possibly call one up
but i think that is really nice she has you as a big sister to
watch out for her and i am glad you were able to get help to
i know it's rough and a battle growing up and my heart goes
out to the young people of today cause this worlds a battle
for sure ,

Yes I agree! My parents shouldn't be hesitant to discipline her, as they did me. She does show a lot of symptoms of depression in children, but most of that is rebellious behavior. Unfortunately, my sister had to get involved with this battle, and sadly she has to go through this. Maybe a visit to a cop shop would straighten her out, as it scared me to death, and I was quick to change my violent behavior towards my parents! Thanks so much for understanding my predicament, and my heart does also go out to all those young individuals who seek these underlying causes, and don't have a family, or special someone to rely on for compassion, and pure relief. :)

If I didn't know better, I'd peg this on bipolar disorder, but she's too young for that. I feel like there's something there, though. She should be evaluated by a mental health professional. There could be underlying problems that can be treated now, before they become bigger.

It sounds to me like she's depressed. You should talk to your parents about it, she shouldn't spend all day on her computer at this young age.

It sounds like she watches porn on tube. does she touch herself a lot? Or wear panties at home? My daughter is the same
