well if you live with your parents still then they have the right to ground you but if you don't like to be treated like a kid then maybe try to find a house or something if you have enought money but the best thing is to abide by your partens even if you are an adult

Move out. if you don't make much money most welfair offices have a low income housing program. my brother used it at one time and paid around $80 a month. I would also tell my dad he is f***ing stupid if he thinks I'm grounded at 19 if I was in your shoes
Refuse. You're a grown-up now, and your parents have no authority over you unless you accept it. Tell him it's none of his business what you do at your boyfriends place and that you do not accept his punishment.
