guys what would you do if you liked a girl and she had an over protective brother like how would you deal with that and girls what would you do if you liked a guy and they had an over protective sister how would you deal with that? one of my besti's he likes this girl but his sister is over protective of him and he doesn't know what to do and my brother is over protective and he doesn't like my bf

i'd say it's perfectly normal to be protective of a sibling...it shows they care! But at the end of the day it's your life and your friend's life! Do what you think is best, if you make a mistake you'll learn from it! Tryand find out why he doesn't like him? sometimes brothers/ sisters don't like the idea of anyone being with their siblings because they don't want lose contact as often you start spending more time with the partner rather than them!

I wouldn't care if her brother was over protective or not. Unless he gets physical it is no concern of mine what he thinks of me. Hopefully he will learn to accept that I am a good man that would never mistreat his sister. If he can't accept that, then it doesn't really change anything for me. I would try to be polite to him for her sake, but I don't care if he likes me or not.

As long as her brother treated me with the same respect I treat his sister it wouldn't be an issue. Now if he starts to issue me "warnings" about how I better treat his sister *or else* then I would bail out.
