I have been with my girlfriend, Alex, for almost 7 months.
We are both 24 and get along well most of the time, but recently she has been saying I don't care about her/our relationship, etc.
I am a fairly laid back person, not into much drama and not much affects me. So when Alex recently went on vacation with a few of her girlfriends (most of whom have bfs) she was upset that I was saying stupid stuff like "don't cheat on me, etc." It sounds crazy, but Alex actually asked me why I wasn't more worried, etc. I trust her, but the fact that I am not jealous makes her think I don't care. She got mad at me saying I don't care she went away and won't miss her.
Also, we see each other often, but when we don't we will text/call each other. She claims that since she initiates the conversation more than I do it means she cares more than I do. If I go out at night and don't text her 24/7 she freaks out. When I am out with friends I don't want to be on my phone. It's annoying.
However, when she goes out she always texts me. I like that she does that, but at the same time I don't expect it. If you are out having fun with friends you shouldn't be attached to your phone.
I do nice things for her, cook her dinner, take her out, spend time with her parents and sister, drive her places, etc...but she says I don't care about her. I do and I tell her I do, but I don't think she believes me.
What should I do?
