The fear is probably your conscience. I can only asume that you are not trusted by your parents. I never had that problem. I was better than my parents, and they know it. Useualy it was me that sat up late at night wondering where they were. Kind of messed up in hind sight.
Oh one more thing. Moores law. Given enough time anything that can happen will happen.
Meaning you may not get caught this time, but you will get caught.

Or just ask them. You shouldn't have to sneak. And you're at least 18 (based on the thing saying you're between18 and 24)... you could always get a job and move out.
Maybe if you ask they will let you go. Otherwise, Don't be a p****. If your gonna do it, do it. I mean it isn't right to disrespect their wishes. But think about the consequences. I think every kid has snuck out once and no harm was done. As long as you don't do anything illegal and be safe then go sometimes rules can be broken for the right reasons.
Why can't your parents know? If you are doing something your parents can't know you are doing, chances are you shouldn't be doing it.

Do it. Sneaking out is part of being a kid. If you're caught, you're caught. You'll still have the memories you made and I guarantee if it's your first time you'll remember that night for the rest of your life.
You live under your parents roof and until you pay the bills there you should obey their rules. Move out and live independently if you want your total and complete freedom. Sorry for the parental type of answer.
