Usually. But that doesn't mean he's commited to stick with you through hard times. My ex and I talked about having kids, living together, etc. but then one day out of the blue he just started avoiding me and a week later he broke up with me. He didn't even try to work through whatever was going on. He just gave up. So yes, he really wants to be with you. But don't think that means he'll stick around when the going gets tough.

could be, but actions speak loured than words. While he can picture a future with you, it doesn't necessarily mean he will go for it later on.
Talking about dreams and talking about future plans is two completely different things.
To have a dream is easy. Making it into reality is harder.
