Like will the muscle change, and make the penis lean to one side, or if you yank it when masturbating will it change how your penis acts when fully erect? If that does happen, what do you do once it's happened?! Will the muscle go back to it's original form if you leave it alone.

The principal change to the penis that happens from masturbation is diminished sensibility which can help to prevent precocious ejaculation and gives longer "staying power".

When I was 16, first started masturbating, and I think get really bad headaches from doing it, and also my hearing went bad, like they popped w/e. I masturbate all the time now, and nothing ever happens, so maybe I am an expert at jerking off, or maybe when I was young I was forcing it too much. IDK, but when I was younger, yes I had bad side effects.
