@Sarbear22 when I put makeup on for a dye it is also for me. Because of makeup I can look people in the eye and talk to them.
When my eyeliner is perfect my confidence soars to 10 and I'm jut happier. So when guys do push-ups before a date to get themselves pumped or have a mental pep talk, my makeup gives me that same exact feeling. I feel fancy. For some women sexy Lingerie gives them confidence even though no one will see it, for me makeup gives me confidence a no course I want to be confident on a date.

@Sarbear22 I'm not satin this to get some round of applause, but I feel that people are really judgmental of people with makeup. Or think that if you wear makeup your a try hard or just whatever you think, and I'm trying to let people understand that it's just another et to feel good about yourself.
I know people who've been bullied or called ugly because they wear makeup, and I know guys say things about makeup that can really make people feel ashamed of themselves. And I was hoping to show people (especially ones who seem to have a bad connotation with it) that it's just something people wear for enjoyment like any other piece of clothing

The issue isn't wearing makeup, it is wearing way too much makeup or hiding behind your makeup. You can still wear makeup and look natural.

Also by the sounds of it you are insecure and the makeup is acting as a crutch. What happens when your bf sees you without makeup for the first time? It's going to happen at some point.

I've had people see me without makeup before, almost anyone who wets markup frequently has had someone see them without it.
It's just as someone whose grown up with acne problems it can really damage your self confidence. When I don't have makeup on I'm standing there the whole time wondering how much people notice my acne. But with it on I can rest assured that they're talking to me and not my acne

As I said your makeup is crutch. You likely consider yourself unattractive without makeup because of your complex. If you just stood up and faced it you would be better off.

#2 Blergh, looks sticky, will leave stains on a glass if the first date is at a restaurant (plus, nobody wants a sticky lip gloss on their face after a goodbye kiss)

Glossy lip look on a date is very hard to keep up if you are eating/drinking or kissing on majority of the date. Plus in my experience no guy wants to kiss that gunk if it is the ultra shinny gloss, but the less shinny is ok as long as you don't mind the reapplying all night.

I like my makeup to look fairly natural. I usually like the cat eye look but the one shown is way over done.

News flash ladies guys want to date a WOMEN and not a CLOWN! So STOP wearing makeup that rivals the amount a clown puts on.

I like all of them with the exception of the spider eyelashes! I love the glossy lip, but when it comes to eye makeup, I actually do all I can to not have my lashes looking spidery haha
