I think it has more to do with your body fat percentage versus muscle. You can find the body fat percentages on the web, I think for women it's between 14-20% body fat for athletes.

It means that you have a body similar to one that an athlete would have. Although this is vague, it probably fits what you were saying, being toned (maybe muscular) and fit.
