I don't wear make up but if I did I would aim for an improvement and not perfection. Perfection is impossible and gets you taken advantage of.
I buy the closest hue of foundation to my skin tone. I use dream matte mousse from Maybelline have used for over 10 years
I apply a *little* bit to my neck so my face doesn't stand out and look weird... heavier people may not need to do this
It depends on the foundation, if it's a little too dark, I'll apply it on my neck but if not, just on my face
not the whole neck, just down below the chin, so that it doesn't look you applied foundation. Lol. :P

I just blend it down my chin/jaw, but I don't cover the neck.

My foundation is just the same color as my skin, and I put it on very lightly, so it doesn't need to be blended or used on my neck. My face is the same color as my neck anyway, so

No I've searched high and low to find a perfect shade which blends through and is an exact colour match with a neutral finish. can't be doing with messing around with makeup all morning
I use foundation but only apply a smallest amount of it to my cheeks and "t zone" that's all
I like it on my neck so I look the same colour and not so my face is tan and my neck is pale
I just use it to cover up a scar, thank fully my skin never breaks out

Oh me to, but my moms and older sisters skin is like mine and they're still good
I didn't vote, but when i do i apply bronzer (powder) on my neck cause the foundation its always a little bit darker than my skin tone, and it works so good.
I don't use foundation, but I notice when other people wear too much.
just make sure your neck isn't start white while your face is really tan
all you have to do is put on a light coat of powder on your neck
You should put it on your neck because it helps it blend in and it looks better
