Maybe they are ashamed that if someone finds out they are using wigs, people will think they are ridiculous. Plus they want to have natural hair, not synthetic hair
Because it's usually pretty obvious when a guy is wearing a wig, so people end up laughing and pointing it out like "look at his wig omg instagraming it"
For me, they don't need to wear wig either because being bald itself looks good on men..
If I go bald I'm just going to shave my head and own it. If I had a wig it would look pretty silly I think.
