How do you tell if your contact lens are inside-out?

I just got contacts a few days ago, but I can't tell which way is the right way to put them in. Please help!

  • They usually have some sort of "text" or "numbers" printed on them so that you can tell which way they go. For example, mine have a "123" on them. So if I have the lens on my finger, I should be able to read "123" around the outside edge to let me know it is correct.

    • Sorry, mine do not have any numbers on them, but thanks for trying. :-)

    • Wow, didn't know that. Thank you.

    • by the way contact lens are not as good as glasses so they will still be a little foggy.

  • If you look closely from the side, the curve will not look perfect when it's inside out

    • I've tried that but they both look the same to me. Thanks for trying. :-)
