Not in a wedding, in front of all my relatives. But I've done it many times as a kid. At the park we were playing we had a fountain. It was a tradition to throw water at each other and go inside the fountain. Luckily we didn't get electrocuted

If I have extra clothes or I can get extra clothes somehow, then maybe. But if it was my wedding then hell no. I plan on wearing a pastry type dress and I wouldn't want to be in the water with that.
