A lot of bras don't offer much support, and a lot of women don't actually wear the right size bras. Bras that "lift and separate" (make the boobs look larger) are actually holding the boobs away from the chest, so they can move farther in more directions. For me, it's mostly a problem with stairs or if I'm moving quickly -or anything that requires bouncing, and the jiggling is really uncomfortable.
Mine still bounce and I wear tight bras, it's normally just the top of mine that bounce though because the bra is holding the bottom of them obviously.

I think boobs will always move a little In SOME way. A bra is built to support the breast not to keep them locked up persé.

Depends on the bra. There's a bunch of different kinds. But mostly it would be that the bra their wearing isn't supportive to their shape :)

its simply that the girl who's boobs are bouncing that she doesn't have the right size bra on.
I only have a B cup and they still jiggle with nice sports bras on. I'm just glad I'm not one of the bustier ladies whose fits actually hurt when they bounce. Mine are just uncomfortable.
yeah, its normal. I find most women don't wear there actual bra size which is why they bounce or giggle as much as they do. bra's are built for support and comfort but most are built now to be sexy. they seem to do nothing to support the breasts. depending on the size, one doesn't normally feel like their boobs are moving as much as they are
I think it has to do with firmness. My cup size is C and I can go without wearing bra and they stay in place. They don’t jiggle if I walk slow without a bra.
