Just curious. I go running every other day, and my body is pretty balanced - natural hourglass shape.
I am 5'7'' tall, for pure aesthetics (I already know my BMI) how much should I weigh?

133-147 "medium frame"
143-163 "large frame"
I've seen some girls who are just naturally muscular (never exercise yet look like they do) and and other that if they don't exercise they get flabby arms.
