I quit bc for good a year ago. I know that it causes hair thinning and loss. I know that hair only grows about 6 inches a year, so do I need to wait longer for my ends to thicken up? P. s. I refuse to give up my straightener, I already tried it.
Girls, I'm sick of my hair looking thin and not growing, it's it my birth control?

Diff birth control has different side effects. I haven't noticed any change with mine hair wise but I'm sure its possible.
But even changes in what u were eating etc can change it. They do hair nail and skin vitamins that might help to thicken it and make it more heathy as it grows out.1

I know the pain. However, you need to start living without your straightener because it damages your hair a lot.1
