I'm 5'5" and 115-ish. I think I'm really un-toned. I do some toning exercises but I sometimes don't have time and it just doesn't do much. I feel like I have the worst of both ends of the situation - not thin, but no boobs either. I know I'm not even that fat, but my sister is 100 pounds and 5'7" and she always complains about how fat SHE is and it just makes me feel like crap. :(
So, tell me HONESTLY - is my body that bad? How could I improve it?
