any size is perfect, but it's really how you feel about it, does it make you uncomfortable? society won look down on you for having that bra size, and either way, you are you, do you want to change that? or are you comfortable with you now? (that sounded a little cryptic, but basically, don't worry about it, you're you and i have no problem with that, if anyone does, screw them, you're you and that's all that matters)
No size is too big. You're perfect. Anyone who says different is stupid and doesn't appreciate big boobs. Trust me there are people out there that will. Like me :D. You do you, dont worry about nothing.
36C-D is about average in the US. Unless you're like, I dunno, extremely tiny I doubt they look bad on you. Even then I'm sure many would find it attractive
