Do you think it will look very improper if I wear open back sweater and a race back bralette?

I don't like it. I think the whole point with the open back concept is that your back is bare. I think the bralette draws too much attention to itself and sort of defeats the purpose. Like if you want to cover up your back, you might as well just wear a normal sweater, not one with an open back.
I think the open back look is modest enough even without the bralette. You're just showing your back. It's not like you have your boobs or butt hanging out.

Who cares? You can wear what you want, don't let society pressure you out of wearing something because it looks 'improper' or 'too revealing'. Personally I really like this look and find it very attractive, but again, who cares? Wear it because you want to.

Part of the reason I love the open back sweater and bralette so much is this: I think a girl's back is very underrated in terms of its sexiness and attractiveness. I love seeing a girl's back, whether it's a formal dress or something like the outfit in your pics.

I think the bralette defeats the idea of the backless top, which looks great just on its own. If your back is what you are emphasizing then let it be seen.
