I like it sort of. Not where it's pulled up to the waist but just under ripped jeans is a bit cool.
Fishnets always scream hooker to me, though. Not even high class escort. Just straight hooker that leans in your car and asks if you're looking for a good time, could possibly be a man type hooker.

Anytime anyone pulls the waistband of an undergarment up above the waistband of their pants, it looks stupid. It looks hot in the pictures because the models would look hot wearing plastic bags and banana peels.

I only dislike the fact the fishnets are visible at the top. If it was just visible through the holes in the pants, it would be better.
Overall, I like the look, except for that one detail.
