What do you think of people who walk around with their keys hanging off their belt?

Have done that for dunno the last 15 years? Have it allways fixed to a belt lashe with a carabiner never lose it that way. Aswell I walk very silently and work with old people. So it's like a motion sensor for them. One of my signatures at work and they identify me by the sound
Actually, if you have a lot of keys, it saves getting holes in your pockets. Just practical.
I wear them on D-clip hanging from a belt loop on my pants. But I also usually have them under my T-shirt, or tucked into my pocket to muffle the jingle, which does annoy me.
Is this a new trend? I've never noticed anyone doing that before. Seems kinda easy to lose them or get them stolen when you wear them that way.
Depends if their job revolves around a bunch of locked doors or not.

i only accept a police officer or a correctional officer wearing their uniform and having their keys dangling. For corrections, they have to wear it like that. but for the average civilian, No.
I think they're just advertising how easy it is to steal from them.
I don't really think any differently of them. It's a common thing to do
I do that all the time, it keeps them from bulking up my wallet
Annoying when the person is walking just the sound.
I don't care but it's annoying as hell when it jingles like Santa's bell when they walk.
It's cool... their choice.
They are asking for thugs to try and pry it loose.
I worry about them dropping their keys

Asking to be robbed or pit-pocketed.
