Hair dressing question?

You are dealing with a client at reception. He appears confused about the amount of money he is being asked to pay for a coloring service. How would you respond?

Help? :)

  • Most salons I see have posted rates. Otherwise, answer simply and clearly.

  • Speak proper english. Many people don't understand that language anymore. They also play stupid to see how much they can take advantage of you. Before you give him any services at the salon. Explain to him what the prices are. If he doesn't like it, tell him to go to the local county jail's salon and ask for a hair cut. I'm sure he'll get a good price there, he may even come out of the salon with only one ear.
