Yes they do all of your physical composition is made up of your dad's genes and your mother's genes, and yes your family's blood line. People wonder why some children come out ugly when some their parents are attractive, the reason for that is because, someone along the bloodline married and "ugly ducking", those genes in consequence got in to the gene pool and were transferred by the generations. Eventually some unlucky guy or girl got the genes from the ugly great uncle or ugly great grandfather. However! remember that the Environment does play a big deal in your body composition. For instance even though height is highly influenced by genes (almost 70% I would say) that other 30% is influenced by the your nutrition, stress factors and the exercise that you do from day 1 until you are done puberty. How is that true?. Caucasians, and Africans descendants are usually tall because their ancestors have to "fight more" for their food than "Asians" or "Latinos" just as an example or if you wanted in more politically correct terms, people that lived in the "Tropical belt" which had to fight less, walk less, jump less, to get their food.
This is a proven fact because before Husbandry was used in horses to get the most beautiful horses or the strongest horses for war. Humans also used Husbandry a long time ago, the Spartans used husbandry to select the babies that were the strongest, tallest what have you.

Narcissism is not necessarily genetic, and "good looks" is only genetic by association. If you have a "good looking" father and he married someone with genetic similarities, they may pass the "good looks" chromosome to the child. This theory is not set in stone and cannot explain the genetic make-up of interracial children. An ugly Caucasian and an ugly Asian can produce a child with incredibly attractive features. In some cases an attractive African American and an attractive Caucasian may produce a strange looking child.
Genetics play a part, but it's really luck of the draw.
My grandparents on both sides were very good looking, my parents are okay looking, and I'm the ugly duckling of the family. I have met families of extremely attractive people and families that are not. It's really just a matter of whether or not they look the same and what's considered attractive.
It may be genetics. Everyone in my family is not too skinny, neither too fat. We all have good looks, at least that's what I think. Like I am 5'3 and 120 and my brother is 5'9 and 150. We dress good, and we look fine. I think we are a normal looking family.

Well I have to say that my parents are really good looking and they look a lot younger than their age.Same rule applies to my grandparents.Some of my uncles and aunts are good looking while others aren't though.But umm I have to agree with the last line and the last example which PlzOPH3T mentioned.
My whole family is good looking relatives everyone. I feel like a bit of it is lifestyle were all athletic and happy... A smile and a healthy air about you really goes a long way.
On the other one of my friends family's both parents are hot and my friend is hot, her older sister is just average... Sometimes people just get unlucky. When I talk to her though you can tell she would be a lot more attractive if she just smiled and got out of the house more.

Looks do run in the family, and your family family, the family tree, I mean I got my nose from my dads grandmother, if your family is good looking the child is bound to be good looking too
in my family there are good looking people, and not so good looking people (uncle, aunt, cousins, granpa) :) But I have to say that my parents, my twin brother and my older sister are attractive.
My family are very good looking. Some more so than others, but generally, yes, they all are good looking.
Lol not on my dads side - my moms side is OK in terms of men, and in terms of women they are really good looking
On my real dad's side? Not really, if you are talking about the men. The women, are however, amazingly attractive. I got my mom's side though, so I'm thankful for that.

I'll say about 80% of the people in my familiy would have been considered stereotypically good looking either now, or in their younger years.
I don't really know. I've only ever seen one picture of my biological parents/family and that was years ago. They looked like ordinary Koreans.
