Im wondering why girls wear pasties. what are they for?

They're so the girl can still act like a whore and dress for attention but still feel powerful because she knows nobody can see her nipples.

Although in fairness I've heard of some girls using them like band-aids over the nipples to prevent pokies at important events.

It prevents total nip slips. You can put them on under a really skimpy top, so that if your boob falls out, your nipple is still covered.
