My friends and I are looking for a good workout?

So I am 5'8" and 125lbs and my friends and I are looking for a workout that can tone our stomachs (a little ab definition) and tone our legs. We aren't looking to lose more than 5 or 10lbs, we just want to tone our bodies and become healthier, do you have any suggestions? (videos or specific explanations of workouts are best)

We have that thing, were you sit down and your stomach makes rolls because of excess fat tissue and lack of muscle...so...Help!?
