5'10, 160 pounds, 9% body fat?

I got two questions..Does this sound like a nice male body to you? Also I'm training for my first marathon and still weight lifting almost everyday. My problem is that I don't want to lose muscle or fat but still want to get my time in under 3 hours 15 mins. My best time on a half marathon is 125. How do I train for this while maintaining body mass? Anyone tried this before?

  • I am a XC and track runner in college and I am about the same as you. Realistically you could get down to 150 ish but the way your body is now looks good to the opposite gender to put it simply lol
