I know a lot of people are trying to lose weight but I'm trying to put weight on.I weigh 47kg(104lbs)and I'm 5'5,ive been told I'm underweight.No matter what I eat I still can't put on weight and at the same time I ant to eat healthy..Everyone is always saying tou're so skinny and it makes me feel like crap as if I can't see that in the mirror..I've had health problems all my life so it may contribute to my weight.I know foods with carbohydrates in them like pasta can help,but half the time I don't even have much of an appetite so it's hard,I used to have like a protein shake but then not work out,but it didn't do much..How can I put on weight in a healthy way?

Work out MORE. And take a weight gainer instead of a protein shake. You will put on good muscle and your body will not be starved of good fats (poly & mono unsaturated) it needs while you work out. It will make you feel better too.
