Get 8 hours of sleep, wake up do 20 minutes of yoga as soon as you wake, drink water, eat a good breakfast immediately after you exercise. You should be eliminating body waste every morning. Do 20 minutes of strength training before having a light dinner. Drink a gallon of water a day, but not all at once! Go to sleep the same time, keep iphones and ipads, computers and TV's out of the bedroom. Get that full 8 hours of rest every night and immediately follow it up with 20 mins of yoga as soon as you wake up, don't play around! Do it. Do it immediately after you wake, the timing is important.

It's simple, Americans are doing too much shit. Our eating, exercise, and schedules are fked. You don't have to crash diet and wreck your body with excessive, damaging exercise, that's doing too much. Follow this advice and the fat will fly off your body.
