Man or woman,friend or foe either way I hate walking up the stairs because their butt is all in your face and I don't want see that.with a pencil skirt you'd probably just see thighs or the back of the knee.when I wear skirts I don't really think about how it looks from behind all I know is it kind of looks shorter than the front.but I hate when it rides up when I just walk normally.
Walking behind you, not much. They'll see the bare backs of your legs, and the shape of your bum. However, those on the staircase below might see straight up, if that's how your staircases are. If you can, wear tights. They offer some decency at least.
Mainly, they're just going to see the shape of your ass, and some legs. That's just about it. Unless they were standing under the stairs or to the side of them, I doubt they'd see anything more than that. They STILL might not see much more than that. So don't let this worry you.

If it is a pencil skirt they would not be able to see anything. But they are mostly likely looking at you butt.
I have seen girls wear much shorter skirt/dresses in school (when they wore them the one day out of the year,lol) so you will be fine.

IDK, ask one of your friends to walk behind you & tell you what they see.
That is something that you need to practice walking in. If it's long enough, they don't see anything.
