I work with a younger, married woman, and she often wears REALLY tight, leggings, usually black, but her panty lines show. I don't mind, and actually like it, because she is in really good shape, and looks REALLY GOOD!!
I emailed her one day, and mentioned it, because she was wearing light grey leggings, and OBVIOUSLY striped underwear!
She sent back a 'tease' comment, because she knows I like her, but she's married. She just said, 'who cares, Really?' and that she felt comfortable, and wasn't dressing for anyone but herself.
She keeps wearing the tight leggings, and obvious panty lines, and I kind of like it, even though I shouldn't, because she's married. We're friends, and I'm single, and sometimes I think she is just teasing me!!
that happened to me too! I was going up stairs behind this girl, hottest chick in school I might add, and she had white pants. I looked up and there, clear as day, a black thong with red outline shined right through.

Either she has no clue they show through. She doesn't know it looks bad, or she doesn't really care if they do. Some girls don't care about their attire at all.
Other case would be attention seeker! She is hungry for attention and wants to see people's reaction to her panties showing through!
there are two type of girls out there that do this, ones that really don't realize,(chances are they were super busy and just threw whatever was clean, on to run a few errans) and ones that DO realize and want to look "hot" which is in this case cheap and skanky. YEAH YOU HEARD ME CHEAP AND SKANKY! hahah funny..

Back when I was in middle school, I had a friend who would wear these tight back leggings and she looked fine in them. Her booty would show as well as her panty lines. I never thought to tell her about it because I didn't want to embarrass her and I especially didn't want to embarrass myself because if I told her, she would know I was looking at her butt. One day in particular, I saw her walking down the hallway and she was wearing those black leggings and yes, her panty lines were showing. When she was approaching me, she must have seen me catch a glimpse of her ass and told me that it didn't bother her if I got a peek of her bottom. When I mentioned to her that her panty lines were showing, she told me, "Take a picture for all I care" and she dressed the way she wanted to (which was funny because seeing how we were in middle school at the time, I'm surprised the school never got her in trouble for her choice of apparel.)
One time i went out in a new pair of black leggings. It was only while i was out i realised that you could see my panties if i bent down or leaned forward. Sometimes its not intentional. I wasn't expecting it from a new pair of leggings

I’ve always loved seeing things like this.. thick panty lines or panties showing about the pants. I don't know if it’s on purpose a part of me says it is to make my self feel better for looking.. and the other part says it isn’t so it’s an accident.
