My roommate wants to get into shape because of Spring Show. Keep in mind, she's a ballet dancer and she's not looking to bulk up! Nor is she looking to slim down. She's not a runner but she wants to switch up her routine from jump roping to well, running. This is sufficient, right?
We used to run together but now that she has rehearsals from 6-11, we obviously can't so she's gonna wake up earlier to run. She just wants to get into better shape
