  • Since you are planning to build your self heavy, I guess regular boxing would fit you the best, but I think mma or muay thai could work very good too because being flexible and mobile is useful in strength training.

  • have you ever tried fighting friends for fun?

if you have, do you use hands or feet more

and do you prefer to overpower them with

strength or with graceful precision moves?

there's a lot of choices based on what

kind of natural fighter you are, but muay thai

is probably fine for you ^.~

  • I'd go with Muay Thai. It involves all limbs and is practical.

    • i'm guessing I will be quite heavy in a few years, my main focus is lifting weights and do the fighting stye as a side hobby

      you still think muay thai?

    • Muay Thai does have higher weight classes if need be but if you're going for bulk, perhaps kick boxing or traditional boxing?

  • mma

  • Muay Thai is great.

    Krav Maga is another option

  • It would be judo since you're heavy. Gravity is your best friend here.
