I was training before but now I stopped, and I want to start again

  • I'd say you just need to work on gaining more muscle on your body as a whole! More muscle definition would make you look less skinny (you know the "bony" look you may get when you wear jeans and a sweatshirt) and instead make you look bulkier (in a good way.
