No Make-up, People say I Look Tired! Help!

You know those days when you just don't have time for a lot or any make-up, people ALWAYS comment that I look "tired." It is SO annoying. I actually feel confident walking out of the house without make-up, and then people rain on my stinkin parade.

Do you girls know any fast little tricks to make your eyes look brighter or make yourself look like your awake? I'm thinking easy, quick make-up tricks or beauty products you like.

People only think you look tired because they're used to seeing you with makeup. If you don't want to totally give up makeup, but want something quick and easy, use blush and eyeliner. A little bit of blush to the cheeks will give your face a healthy, alive glow. If you have naturally rosy cheeks, then congrats! Skip the blush. Now for the eyeliner. I'm personally not the type of girl who takes forever to put on eyeliner. I get in, I get out. Done. But I do know some girls who take forever perfecting their eyeliner. Don't. Honestly, you don't even have to line the whole lash if you don't want to. Just in the outside corners will make your eyes more defined. If you need it, brush on a quick coat of mascara.

The trick to everyday, simple makeup is to not be a perfectionist about it. Obviously, you don't want to walk out of your house looking like a complete mess, but no one is actually going to notice if one eye is sliiiightly more lined than the other, or things like that.

There's a few different tricks that work for me.

1. Tinted moisturizer- It's like wearing nothing and something at the same time because it's very light on your skin.

2. Use a concealer that's a skin tone or so lighter and dab it under your eyes and on your eye lids to open them up, then put on your regular foundation to blend it in.

3. White eyeliner on the top and bottom of your eyes

4. White or shimmery eye shadow on the inner and out corners of your eyes

5. To help with bags (that probably cause you to actually look tired) Take 2 spoons and put them in the freezer. After about an hour or so, take them out and place them on your eyes for a few minutes. The cold helps decrease puffiness and makes you look more rested. So does sleeping longer.

Yeah, whenever I don't wear makeup, my mom is like, "You look tired. Are you sick? I think you're sick." -__-

White eyeliner makes your eyes look brighter if you wear it on your bottom inner rims and inner corners. And black eyeliner on your bottom lashlines usually makes you look more tired.

I don't wear make up ever. If you just stop wearing make up completely people won't think you look tired. Instead they will get used to how you really look.

They're just used to you hiding the natural coloration and lines of your face.

If you don't wanna wear make up at all stop using it for a while so you don't look tired or get more sleep!

Forget makeup! I think the natural look is much better.
