What if the cold approach is the only way to meet women?

I'm in college. Here's the thing. I'm not very handsome, I'm not some suave good-looking guy who can seduce women. I don't have friends who can set me up on dates, I don't have any female friends either. The cold approach is all I have or I will die alone. I'm also shy when it comes to women. I also can't talk to women I find attractive because I don't think I'm good looking enough. What if the cold approach is all a man has? How else can I meet women if I don't know any personally?

Be confident, it's attractive :) Don't be too pushy or clingy though. Be very friendly and sweet. Start out talking to them like a friend, as if all you want is friendship, and take it slow from there. Build up gradually. Don't pressure any girls into doing what they aren't comfortable with. If you get rejected, just play it cool :) If they see you aren't persistent or pressuring them to hang out with you, it'll lessen the chance of them saying no.
That's what I would want in a guy. Friendly, caring, sweet, and chill. Don't start coming onto them about sex, that's what usually turns me off. The more chill you are, the more likely you'll get a date. Throw in a few (subtle) flirty comments too, so they start to get the idea gradually. :) And don't rush into it! Show that you really care :)

Its all about mindset. Stop thinking you arnt handsome. There is something you are confident and good at. What ever that is, there is a girl who is into that type of guy. Stop chasing women out of your league. Just be friendly with any girl that shares similar interests with you, not necessarily one you are attracted to. Be friends, get comfortable talking to her, gain confidence. Trust me women roll in packs... she probably has a friend you may like and if she thinks you an awesome guy she may put in a good word for you.

I see why you are having problems. I'm trying to help you. Listen, a woman is a person, whats wrong with having a girl who is just a friend? Someone you can talk to. Someone who quite possibly has the inside scoop on other women since she is one herself. Someone you can talk to if you have questions about women. She also has friends who are female. Since you clearly stated you have NO game and can't approach women you like Im am simply suggesting you be friends with one, the way you have guy friends. Its not offensive, stop thinking dating or sex. you are not there yet. You are trying to run before crawling. You know what happens when you do that? You fall flat on your face, become bitter and complain women are awful and mean.

You said you are shy, yes? Making a new friend who is female allows you to feel what its like to talk to a female. In doing so, you will gain confidence. This girl you befriend will have friends that are female... you may find one of them attractive.

college is the easiest place to meet women. dining hall, class room, library, book store, gym, sporting events, all exelent opportunities to slide on females. there is no easier place. if u try sliding on random women in parks, i guarantee u it will be 100x harder. if u at least have 1 thing in common with women, they are way more willing to listen to your pitch. i went up to a woman and asked her for directions. first thing she asked is "are you a student". guarantee you if i said no, she wouldn't have said anything about herself
