Honestly, I don't usually notice if a guy is staring at me (unless he's being really creepy about it). If I do catch a guy looking at me more than once, I either think he's interested in or mentally making fun of me.
Try not to make it obvious that you're staring, and if she does catch you, just shoot her a smile or a "see ya later" on your way out. If she seems offended/put off, just say you were zoning and didn't even realize you were staring.
I don't think it's weird. It's only natural to look at something you find attractive. Babies do it and we grow up and we still do it, but if it is all you do, smile or even say hi when you guys cross paths or a casual see ya. Cuz you never know, that casual see ya may actually come true :P good luck!

If a guy stares at me, I usually get the feeling he is interested in me, judging me or just curious. That's all really. I mean they have to have some sort of interest or curiosity to be staring.
There was a guy who I thought was really attractive! And he stared at me all the time but never said anything. So I started thinking maybe he was just creepy. Or maybe he had a gf and just wanted to stare.
Add a smile.
I start thinking... is he interested? Am I attractive to him? Is there something on my face? Is he actually looking at me? If he is... he should just talk to me/say something.
You don't need to feel creepy. I mean, it depends how you do it. If you do it, like you appreciate what you see. That is great, no need to worry about.
I'm sure she'll forget right away if you don't make a habit of it. Also, she may not have even noticed.

Depends on what he looks like. If he's hot I'm flattered. If he's ugly I'm creeped out.
I get really annoyed and irritated. Even if he's hot. You should stop.
