A girl I know always turns her back to me and can't look at me when she says goodbye to people and leaves?

Even though she says goodbye to people in my direction she says goodbye over her shoulder with her back to me and doesn't say goodbye to me. It's very clear that she's avoiding doing so and is avoiding facing me

That's what I do. I can't say goodbye in a normal way. Sometimes I wave, sometimes I go without saying goodbye, there was I time where I said goodbye to the best friend of my crush who was standing right beside him and I totally ignored my crush... I give him a kiss on his cheeks (he does that too) when we say hello to each other but I'm so weird when it comes to saying goodbye... argh.

Or... she doesn't like you at all. But when you say that she always gets happy when she sees you... well, there you go :)

It can be because of both extremes: either she likes you so she feel conscious about saying bye to you as she normally does to other people, or she just doesn't like you that she totally wants to ignore you.

Hey, I am the same way. The hing is, if she is shy and can't even make eye contact with you, she won't dare let you know she likes you. Try taking a chance if you like her and ask her out someplace. Trust me, that would be a dream come true and so much less confusing for us girls. Girls tend to overthink everything, and she won't even know who she likes and who likes her if she thinks too hard.
