I'm quite shocked you are 25+ because this sounds like young teen stuff to me. You like each other but you block each other because he doesn't get back to you? I think you both need to grow up a bit and maybe try an adult relationship.
Blocking people usually means you *don't* want to talk with them. If you two can't even communicate regularly without playing games, do you really feel like it's a healthy situation that you want to invest in?
