Guys, If a girl wanted to rest her head on your shoulder?

Let's say she was sitting next to you (this is a friend not a stranger) and she rests her head on your shoulder would you or any guy be ok with that? What if you liked her or at least found her attractive?

I'd be ok with that, I've had friends do that before and I don't mind, she's a friend, she feels comfortable around me to do that, so it's all cool.
If I like her then then I would enjoy her doing that, I'd be happy she did it.

I don't care, I wouldn't mind. I've let a friend sleep on my lap (I mean head right on my dick). Of course I'll only let a female friend do that. The one that I let sleep on my lap I did have feelings for, I was just stupid and didn't pursue them at the time because she just broke up with my friend at the time. I should have realized we wouldn't have stayed friends and gone after this chick. -_-

If i didn't like her, I'd probably make up some excuse to get up because I'd be afraid it would lead somewhere i didn't want it to lead.

I have a friend (girl) and she rested her head on my shoulder more than couple of times and thats fine. She has a boyfriend though but it really does not matter. There is nothing romantic about resting your head
