No, he thinks you don't like him so he doesn't want to bother you.
I doubt he stopped liking you, he probably just moved on. If you didn't show any interest in him than it's up to you to get that spark back. Start showing him & maybe he,ll start liking you again, if he hasn't started with someone else.
