It depend on how the teasing is done. If he is doing it just to be mean, he's a jerk. If he is just kidding around, he likes you and you should try picking back.
Me personally, I only pick on people I like.
Guys tease and make fun of girls they like or have a crush on. It sounds like he likes you. He wants you to tease him back. Guys like it when girls respond by teasing them back.
Guy friends do this as well as guys who like you. He's trying to get your attention. If it's cruel then he dislikes you and he's stepping over a line.
It's means that he is immature and childish. he probably is still imagine that his in prek us girls attend to mature a lot faster then guys.
